About the Programme

EAIM offers the Preparatory Course for International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE). Upon completion of this 4-year course (Year 7 to Year 10), students will have developed the knowledge of the chosen subjects and the skills to prepare for the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) examination in either the Science or the Arts & Humanities curricula.

International Students (Full-time) taking the (IGCSE) Year 10 (Intensive) will be required to do a fixed 3-subject combination: 

1. English – First Language 

2. Mathematics 

3. Physics 

Local Students (Part-time) taking the (IGCSE) Year 10 (Intensive) will be required to do a fixed 2-subject combination: 

1. English – First Language 

2. Mathematics

Assessment

EAIM internal exams include monthly exams and semestral exams. IGCSE exam is either in June or November. The exact date depends on the Cambridge Assessment International Education(CAIE). Please visit the Cambridge Exam Center website:http://www.cambridgeinternational.org/

Graduation Requirement

• Must pass all modules.
• Must achieve an overall attendance of 90% (International Student) and 75% (Local Student).
