The course is designed to prepare students for the Singapore-Cambridge General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A-Level) examination. The Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board, MOE, and Cambridge Assessment International Education are the joint examining authorities for the GCE A-Level examination. The GCE A-Level certificate itself is recognized locally and internationally and used to apply for tertiary universities all over the world.

评估
EAIM internal assessment include tests and semestral exams. These will be conducted on a regular basis to monitor students’ progress and preparation for the external Singapore-Cambridge GCE 'A' level exams.

- At least a C Grade pass at IGCSE English; OR
- At least 5.5 in IELTS English; OR
- At least EAIM English Language Upper-Intermediate; OR
