The programme comprises of seven core courses, and two elective courses.

Entry Requirements:
Minimum Age Requirement: 22 years
Candidates need to have:
• A Degree recognised by Heriot Watt University or a qualification deemed to be equivalent, and with minimum 2 years of post-qualifying full-time working experience of a relevant nature, or
• A Diploma or non-degree holder. Student needs to pass in three courses / modules (one of which must be a core course for the MBA), and has minimum 2 years post-qualifying full-time working experience of a relevant nature
Language Proficiency:
• MBA (in Chinese) required IELTS 5.0 or equivalent
• A Pass in Chinese Language at high school level

Core Modules:
This course equips managers and business professionals with knowledge, understanding and skills to manage projects using integrative concepts, tools and techniques. The course opens the mind-set for project decision-making and covers the fundamental concepts of the project management discipline and how it assists organisations in materialising their strategic and change objectives.
The course concludes with a closer look at current topics trending the project management profession, such as the project management office function, ethics, sustainability and agile project management.
Elective Modules:
This course aims to provide students with the ability to interpret business data which is vital for market success. Not only will this course help to organise and understand the all-important numbers, it will enable you to use those figures to make sound business decisions.
Topics covered includes simple uses and misuses of statistics, data analysis, summary measures, sampling methods, distributions, statistical inference, analysis of variance, regression and correlation, context of forecasting, time series techniques and managing forecasts.
