In view of the rapid spread of COVID-19 across the world, Singapore will implement additional precautionary measures to further reduce the risk of importation of COVID-19 to Singapore. These include further restrictions on travellers coming into Singapore.
 
For returning Singapore residents and long-term pass holders

Returning Singapore residents (i.e. Singapore citizens, permanent residents) and long-term pass holders (including Student’s Pass, Dependant’s Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass, Work Pass) will be issued with a 14-day Stay-Home Notice (SHN) upon entry into Singapore.

Travellers with travel history within the last 14 days to Hubei province of Mainland China will be issued Quarantine Order (QO).

From 27 March 2020, 0900 hours, these travellers must submit a heath declaration via the SG Arrival Card e-Service before proceeding with immigration clearance[1].

For visitors seeking entry into Singapore

All short-term visitors (including holders of ICA-issued In-Principle Approval) will not be allowed to enter or transit through Singapore.

Visitors who are already in Singapore will not be affected by the recent policy. You may apply online if there is a need to extend your stay in Singapore.
